Consultation begins on IAMP TWO
CONSULTATION on plans for the next stage of one of the North East’s most significant development sites is set to begin in days. The International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP) will begin a consultation exercise on Monday, March 25, giving local residents and businesses the chance to have their say on plans for the second phase of the 150 hectare site. Plans Submitted for IAMP ONE
Henry Boot Developments Limited, IAMP LLP's development partner, has submitted a planning application for "IAMP ONE" – the first phase of the International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP) project to Sunderland City Council. Where will IAMP be located?
Set in a prime location at the heart of the North East of England, the IAMP is planned for land to the north of Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK), the country’s largest car manufacturing plant. The site is to the west of the A19 and to the south of the A184 road, with excellent access to the main road network.
